Keith has built his expertise through progressive roles in water and wastewater treatment.
Interned at the Lake Oswego Water Treatment Plant in 2020.
Operated and managed both the wastewater and drinking water systems for the City of Sandy through Veolia Water, advancing from Operator to Project Manager. Key contributions included improving regulatory compliance to resolve a DEQ Consent Decree and improving relations between the site and the regulators, maintaining operations through major plant construction and upgrades, pioneering an intensive sampling plan to supplement a system stress test that resulted in a plant re-rating and regulatory relief, and coordinating with engineering firms, construction teams, and city officials.
Served as Water Treatment Supervisor at Clackamas River Water, successfully overseeing a month-long plant shutdown, major valve replacement project, and a safe and successful plant restart.
Currently supporting operations at the Canby Water Treatment Plant with Veolia Water as the municipality plans the building of a new water treatment plant.
