Keith has built his expertise through progressive roles in water and wastewater treatment.

  • Interned at the Lake Oswego Water Treatment Plant in 2020.

  • Operated and managed both the wastewater and drinking water systems for the City of Sandy through Veolia Water, advancing from Operator to Project Manager. Key contributions included:

    • Improved regulatory compliance to resolve a DEQ Consent Decree.

    • Improved relations between the site and the regulators.

    • Maintained operations through major plant construction and upgrades.

    • Pioneered an intensive sampling plan to supplement a system stress test that resulted in a plant re-rating and regulatory relief.

    • Coordinated with engineering firms, construction teams, and city officials.

  • Served as Water Treatment Supervisor at Clackamas River Water, successfully overseeing a month-long plant shutdown, major valve replacement project, and a safe and successful plant restart.

  • Currently supporting operations at the Canby Water Treatment Plant with Veolia Water as the municipality plans the building of a new water treatment plant.
