Frequently Asked Questions

  • You get direct access to a Grade 4 water and Grade 3 wastewater certified operator with 6+ years of hands-on municipal experience instead of account managers or junior staff. There is no corporate overhead, no layered approvals, and no one-size-fits-all approach — just practical, realistic solutions from someone who has run the exact systems you operate.

  • Sirion Water Solutions is based in Clackamas County, Oregon, and primarily serves municipalities and systems across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Remote support, SCADA monitoring, and phone/email assistance are available for clients outside the immediate area.

  • Sirion Water Solutions offers flexible, customized support for small and medium water and wastewater systems in the Pacific Northwest. This includes:

    • Monthly Retainers for ongoing compliance and optimization

    • Add-ons such as after-hours on-call and DRC/DSO coverage

    • Performance Partnership incentives for measurable cost savings

    • Single Project Support for specific needs (audits, troubleshooting, documentation, planning, etc.)

Full details and options are on the Services page.

  • Many services (data review, SCADA monitoring, report preparation, compliance planning, and training) can be performed remotely. On-site work is scheduled based on your needs and is included in the agreed retainer or project hours. Submit a contact request or schedule a call with any specific questions.

  • Pricing is straightforward and customized to your system:

    • Monthly Retainers: Flat monthly fee based on agreed hours and system complexity.

    • Add-ons: Flat monthly fee.

    • Performance Partnership: Incentive fees paid only when agreed efficiency or cost-saving targets are met.

    • Single Projects: One-time flat fee with a clear schedule (10% for scoping, 40% when work begins, 50% on completion).

Exact pricing is provided after the initial assessment and scoping.

  • If you decide to pause or cancel after the scoping phase, you will be charged 15% of the total project fee for the scoping work completed. If you choose to move forward with Sirion, the scoping fee is fully credited toward the project cost. A modest adjustment may apply only if significant time has passed and new quotes or system conditions have changed.

  • Visit the Contact page and either submit the form or book a quick call using the appointment scheduler. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

In the initial call we’ll discuss your current challenges and schedule a no-cost, no-obligation site visit and assessment.

  • I come on-site, meet your team, and thoroughly evaluate the system. We discuss your specific goals and pain points. I then prepare a clear written recommendation with proposed scope, hours, and pricing.

You remain in full control — you can accept, modify, or decline the proposal with zero cost or obligation.

  • Primarily access to relevant system data (process information, lab results, SCADA access if available) and timely approvals for work and purchases. Any specific needs will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial assessment.

  • The most important things are:

    • Providing prompt access to necessary documentation and data

    • Timely review and approval of deliverables and purchase requests

Any additional support requirements can be discussed and agreed upon upfront.

  • Monthly retainers can be cancelled without cause with 60 days’ written notice, or with cause with 30 days’ notice. At contract expiration, service can be discontinued at no cost. Our goal is long-term partnerships built on consistent results and trust.
